What data we collect

• Contact data: if you email us, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may process basic server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps) to deliver and secure the service.
• Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the website is used (e.g., pages viewed and basic interaction events). Google may process identifiers such as cookies and IP address to provide these statistics.
• B2B account data (optional): if you create an account for our B2B portal, we process your email address and the business details you provide (e.g., company name, KvK, and invoice address) to provide B2B access.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website. Shopping on the public site does not require an account, but our B2B portal may require account creation to access B2B pricing and ordering.

Cookies & local storage

We do not intentionally set marketing cookies. We may use analytics cookies and similar technologies for Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand website usage. We also use local storage to keep the shopping cart working (for example, a stored cart id). You can clear cookies/local storage in your browser settings at any time.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us run the website (for example hosting). If you contact us by email, your message is processed by your email provider and ours.
