- Where we ship from: The Hague, Netherlands (or our fulfillment partner).
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping costs: Shipping fees (and any free-shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout.
- Delivery time: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on destination and carrier.
- Tracking: If available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
- Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge reshipping costs.
- Customs / import duties: For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility (if applicable).
- Delays: Carrier delays can happen. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help investigate.
